Mutual fund under Italian law harmonized to Directive 2009/65/EC.

The Fund invests in equity and bond financial instruments, denominated in euros, U.S. dollars, yen and pounds sterling. The Fund's management activity is carried out mainly in the official or regulated markets of major macro-economic areas (European Union, North America, Pacific). For the bond component, government issuers, international bodies, banks, corporate issuers. The equity component is mainly invested in securities of large-capitalization companies.

Management methods and return objective

The management activity is carried out without predetermined constraints regarding the categories of financial instruments in which to invest, as part of the risk measure established by the manager and represented by Value at Risk (VaR). The management activity is carried out with a return target identified in the Bloomberg Barclays Euro TSY-Bills index 0-3 Months Index + 1.50%.

Criteria for the selection of financial instruments

Investments are made on the basis of the expectations of the SGR on the medium / short term trend of the markets and securities, making frequent adjustments if necessary to the division between geographical areas, categories of issuers, investment sectors, as well as between equity component and bond component (flexible style).
